Building Stronger Brothers & Sisters Inc. was founded as an organization focused on the motivation and guidance of adverse and first-generational youth.  Through motivation and enlightenment, we aim to encourage the youth to become more competitive in these ever-changing markets and show them options on how to do so. We are registered as a 501c3 nonprofit organization.

BROADENING: As individuals grow up in adverse or less than ideal situations and or environments, they become molded based on their experiences growing up.  Depending on the situations from youth to adulthood, they are so consumed with surviving day-to-day that they don’t have time to imagine the world outside of their direct environment.  Building Stronger Brothers & Sisters Inc. is focused on making people aware of those opportunities that exist outside of their environment and what it takes to qualify for them. 

MOLDING: As young adults, it is important to think about what you want to do when you grow up.  It is even more important to know how you will go about achieving that goal.  Every career requires different courses of action to obtain them.  Through proper research, you can understand what criteria qualifies you for the careers you want.  Building Stronger Brothers & Sisters Inc. shows you how to go about developing the foundation necessary to obtain the careers you want.

MENTORING: In some instances, these youth may be the first person in their household to finish school.  By doing so, they are now open to a realm of possibilities that no one around them may be aware of.  In these cases, as they continue to grow and progress in life, there is no one close to them that can prepare them for the obstacles that will present themselves along the way.  Building Stronger Brothers & Sisters Inc. communicates roadblocks they may face and how to successfully maneuver them.
